Hi Neighbors,

National Night Out (in Texas) is next Tuesday October 5th. If you’re not familiar with the event, it’s a way to strengthen neighborhood spirt and bring communities together. If your street hasn’t organized anything yet, there’s still time! If you want to tag along to another street’s event, here’s what I hear is going on.

Art Stone, 2311 Westrock: Drinks and Conversation while waiting for fire truck and police to drop by.

Dave Mead, 2506 Briargrove Dr. The folks on Briargrove will be doing our annual NNO. A pot luck dinner and lots of friendly folks getting together in the front yard of Dave and Bonnie Mead.

Jim Stafford on Bluffview: Little neighborhood picnic. Around 6:30 pm. Burgers and a good time.
