7. Presentation from Council Member Ann Kitchen’s office on potential projects in District 5 to be funded from City’s 1/4 cent Cap Metro funding.

BHNA General Meeting Tuesday July 28

Neighbors,

Please attend the quarterly meeting of the Barton Hills Neighborhood Association on Tuesday, July 28th, at St. Marks Episcopal Church. Dinner will be served at 6:00pm and the meeting will start at 7:00pm.

BHNA Treasurer David Poisson will preside over the meeting. The City Council has appointed me to the Planning Commission. It meets that night, so I cannot be at the BHNA meeting. BHNA Vice-President Carlisle Hamling will be out of town that night, so presiding officer duties have fallen to David.

The agenda is as follows:

1. Meeting convenes.

2. Brief announcements.

3. Discussion of BHNA elections at the October 2016 BHNA meeting. Request for volunteers to serve on Nominations Committee to recruit 2016 officers.

5. Presentation regarding possible bond proposition for a new Civil and Family Courts Complex.
